Lemarie

Camellia and feathering Workshop

Lemarie Camellia & Featherery has been creating iconic camellias for Chanel since the 1960s, and each petal is handmade.

To make a beautiful camellia flower, you need to sort the arms of feathers one by one, and then comb, curl or smooth, glue and even weave them.

Due to the sophistication of its workmanship, it was decided that the Lemarie Camellia and Feathering workshop should be located in a workshop in le19M with no flowing wind.

In addition, Lemarie Camellia & Plumage is responsible for creating beautiful inlays, ruffles, folds and pleats.

Massaro

Shoe shop

This is where Gabrielle Chanel's iconic lace-up two-tone shoes were born, Massaro Shoes. The footwear film was created by Dimitri Chamblas.

From the creation of the last to the stitching of the upper and sole, it is all handmade, just like Chanel's relentless pursuit of elegance and comfort.

In its 2021/22 Premium Workshop collection, Massaro Shoes presents a new version of the goatskin high heel Mary Jane in seasonal colours, paying homage to the two-tone shoes created by Gabrielle Chanel with a contrasting dark grey toe.

Chinese supermodel He Cong also came to Massaro to explore the legendary workshop that shines at the launch of each season.

Maison Michel

Hatmaker's workshop

Inheriting the craftsmanship that was born in Paris in the 14th century is the Maison Michel Hat Workshop, which created Chanel's flat caps, veils, beanies and berets, all hand-crafted on 3,000 basswood lasts in le19M.

In this season's Haute Artisan collection, Maison Michel has created two hats that add a neutral and feminine contrast to the silhouette.
