So he gave up late night snacks and brought home-cooked food with less oil, salt and sugar for lunch and dinner. In order to better control the diet, his family specially bought measuring cups, so that the amount of oil per dish is controlled at about 10 grams, and the amount of salt is controlled at about 5 grams.
At the same time, he started regular exercise again, converting the time playing games into exercise time, and spending the time lying down and looking at his phone at home after work to ride a spinning bike at home.
On weekends and holidays, he rides. "Cycling helps all my muscles coordinate and relieves my lower back pain." Deng Shuai said that in the process of riding, he also met a group of like-minded riding friends, sports more vigorous.
Such a lifestyle allows him to quickly "blood". "Six months later, I found the fatty liver was gone! I also feel more able to concentrate on my work and solve problems more efficiently than before."
Deng Shuai excitedly shared his changes. Under his leadership, five young colleagues formed a cycling group to ride in different places on weekends.
