Audio products are showing a trend of high-end development, and Huawei continues to lead with technological innovation

With the continuous progress of technology, audio products are experiencing a wave of high-end development leading the future. This trend is not only reflected in product design and technological innovation, but also driven by consumers' increasing pursuit of excellent audio experience.

In the audio field, Huawei has always been a leader and has been investing in long-term technological research and development since entering the audio field in 2008. Through more than ten years of cultivation, Huawei has gathered the capabilities of over seven global research and development centers in the audio field, with over 1000 audio teams, including 150 research and development PhDs, possessing world-class audio technology research and development capabilities. In the field of TWS earphones alone, Huawei holds 110 patents in terms of appearance, 401 invention patents, and 38 utility model patents.

With its strong technical strength, Huawei launched a product called Huawei FreeBuds Pro 3, which led the sound quality revolution of TWS earphones, at this autumn's new product launch event. After its launch, it was very popular among consumers and was hailed as the ceiling of TWS earphone sound quality.

On November 23rd, the Huawei Audio Innovation Technology Media Communication Conference and the "Leading Original Sound" Concert were held at the Opera Hall of the Central Conservatory of Music. Liu Dongfang, President of Huawei's BG Audio and Intelligent Accessories Product Line, conducted the first systematic decryption of the ultra CD level lossless sound quality of Huawei FreeBuds Pro 3 during a communication meeting, and elaborated on Huawei's full link technology solution for audio from hardware, software to lossless transmission. He also had a Q&A interaction with guests and media.

Traditional TWS earphones, due to limitations such as insufficient audio transmission bandwidth and poor anti-interference ability, cannot truly achieve high-quality lossless sound quality. To this end, Huawei has ported the Polar code technology, which was previously mainly used for mobile communication from mobile phones to base stations, to short-range communication between headphones and mobile phones, ultimately providing a "golden bell" like protection capability for FreeBuds Pro 3 audio transmission of 1.5Mbps.

The L2HC 3.0 standard adopted by Huawei FreeBuds Pro 3 is also an important breakthrough. When used in conjunction with Huawei Mate60 series and other mobile phones, Huawei FreeBuds Pro 3 can achieve Bluetooth lossless transmission of 1.5Mbps audio signals, allowing users to enjoy ultra CD level lossless sound quality and experience every detail in music.

In addition to improving sound quality, Huawei FreeBuds Pro 3 also integrates industry-leading call capabilities, industry-leading noise reduction levels, and powerful spatial audio performance, making it the "polygonal warrior" in the TWS headphone industry.

Huawei FreeBuds Pro 3 has introduced its self-developed multi-channel deep neural network (multi-channel DNN) call denoising algorithm, which can segment and denoise based on the multi-channel information captured from VPU and three microphones. By combining AI dynamic fusion technology, more precise segmented noise reduction can be achieved, retaining more vocal details. Even in noisy environments such as high-speed trains, subways, and airports, it can still provide users with a clearer call experience.
