First, in the city has set up academician Forest (1999), academician park (2005), academician sculpture group, academician road, academician Mausoleum and many other memorial Spaces and activity places, in the Ningbo Gang Museum and some of the Ningbo scientists hometown cultural auditorium set up special exhibition hall and cultural corridor of Ningbo scientists, widely promote the academician represented by the spirit of Ningbo scientists.

Second, the former residence of Tong Dizhou, the former residence of Weng Wenhao, the former residence of Dai Chuanzeng, the former residence of Bei Shizhang, the former residence of Tong Zhipeng, the former residence of Tu Youyou, and the former residence of Tan Jiazhen Life Science Education Hall have been renovated successively.

At present, three national bases of spiritual education for scientists have been built, including Tu Youyou's Old Residence Exhibition Hall, Tan Jiazhen Life Science Education Hall and Zhou Yao Insect Museum, and six provincial bases of spiritual education for scientists, including Tong Dizhou's former residence, Zhong Sightseeing Memorial Hall and Ningbo Bang Museum.

The third is to carefully build the old (old) community of Ningbo life scientists. The Ningbo Academician Cultural Research Center, on the basis of its completed "Investigation of the Status quo of the Yongji Academician's Old (old) Residence", drew a map of the Yongji Academician's old (old) residence to provide a "one-stop" service for citizens and tourists to carry out a reverence visit to the scientist's old (old) residence.

As the propaganda center of Ningbo Research Base of Science, Culture and Scientist Spirit of China Association for Science and Technology, Ningbo Science Exploration Center is based on the profound academician cultural background in Ningbo City, focusing on the original science drama arrangement and interpretation of academician stories.

At present, it has launched five popular science dramas such as "Mystery of Oriental Magic Rice", "Memory of Tong Di Zhou", "Chasing Dreams" -- Academician He Xiantu of Ningbo ", "Persistent Tu Youyou" and "China's" Morgan "-- Tan Jiazhen, the father of Chinese genetics", which have been performed for more than 300 performances.
