(Hassan II Mosque)

The Hassan II Mosque is located northwest of the city of Casablanca in the Kingdom of Morocco, at the westernmost point of the Islamic world. The construction of the mosque is directly related to the late King Hassan II.

Construction began in August 1987, costing more than $500 million and covering an area of 9 hectares. A third of the area is built on the sea, in honor of the sea ancestors of Morocco's Arabs.

The entire mosque can accommodate 100,000 people at a time and is the third largest mosque in the world, after the mosques in Mecca and Medina in Saudi Arabia.

The Museum of Moroccan Art is located in Marrakech, and the building itself is a beautiful and luxurious palace with a lovely courtyard where you can play and take photos.

The Old City of Tetouan (Tangier-Tetouan Region), from the eighth century, Tetouan was a particularly important city in the Islamic period, serving as the main link between Morocco and Andalusia. After the Spanish reconquest, the city was rebuilt by refugees who had been ransacked by the Spanish.

The place is architecturally and artistically outstanding and is heavily influenced by Andalusia. Although it is one of the smallest Arab communities in Morocco, it is undoubtedly the most intact, and one that has not been affected by later external influences.

Olive Falls is a three-hour drive northeast of Marrakech. The white waterfall contrasts sharply with the red sandstone of the Abid Canyon. The narrow path at the foot of the waterfall runs through olive trees. Ousoud means "olive" in the local language, and the nearby town is also called Ousoud.

The castle takes its name from the Oudaias, an Arab tribe. In the 16th century, Moulay Ismail led the Oudaias to settle the city in order to protect it.
