Four continents striker "sword" scored only one goal

The four teams in the two matches of the Qatar World Cup have a sharp edge worth relying on, but the drama of the four continents striker's sword debate is disappointing.

Switzerland beat Cameroon 1-0 and Uruguay played South Korea 0-0.

There was only one goal in the two games, once again proving that if the scoring weapon can not be effectively echoed, it is only difficult to play alone under the team defense.

Switzerland striker Embolo is currently scoring goals at Monaco in Ligue 1.

Cameroonian striker Choubo Moting has recently shone for Bayern and made more people aware of his value.

Embolo and Choupo-Moting have a long history, having played together at Schalke 04. Embolo was born in Cameroon but ended up playing for Switzerland.

Choupo-moting is a Cameroonian born in Germany who eventually chose to play for Cameroon.

Shubo - Moting's performance in previous seasons was not shining, and he was ridiculed by fans because of many zero transfer fees.

Capable, but unable to fully release, this is how Shupo-Moting has always been.

Choupo-moting's experience shows that he is a striker who needs to be supported by a better system to play more effective, but this game against Switzerland, Cameroon's attacking system clearly did not have this effect.

Choubo Moting was taken off early, not for lack of effort. In contrast, Embolo easily broke in front of the goal and almost scored twice because the support of his team-mates was good enough.

The other game was against the two ACES of Suarez and Son Heung-min, who had barely crossed paths before.

Suarez scored two goals in Uruguay's 2-1 win over South Korea in the 2010 World Cup, but Son was still far away from the national team and had not even made his debut in the Bundesliga. 12 years later, Suarez is still sticking to the battle, and Son Heung-min is the trump card leading the team's revenge.

The biggest thing they have in common is that they both won the Premier League Golden Boot. But this shooter duel is not as exciting as expected.

Suarez failed to complete a single shot in the game, and even had limited chances to touch the ball, and was substituted before the second half was over.

Son Heung-min's performance was also difficult to say that he failed to take advantage of the Uruguayan players in one-on-one battles on many occasions, and his only shot was wide of the goal. This strong point is difficult to break through, and it is difficult to drive the team's attack group.

Compared with the individual performances of the two strikers, it is the aggressive overall defense of both teams that is more impressive.

Suarez and Son Heung-min's individual ability is outstanding, and both are the focus of the other side's defense objects, which limits their play.

But there is also no denying that they are not at their best right now.
