In 1988, under the auspices of the World Decade for the Development of Cultures (1988-1997), UNESCO launched the Silk Roads: The "Comprehensive Study on the Road of Dialogue" large-scale interdisciplinary international cooperation project has organized five large-scale international investigation activities,

aiming to promote and enrich the cultural characteristics of the ancient Silk Road through scientific investigation and academic research, promote the all-round cultural dialogue and exchange between the East and the West,

and promote world peace. In addition, in the protection of intangible cultural heritage and its research, Silk Road literature has always occupied a place, but the Chinese Silk Road literature research community still needs to strengthen its fight for international discourse.

Editor's note: Without cyber security, there is no national security, and without informatization, there is no modernization. The Party Central Committee and The State Council attach great importance to the security protection of critical information infrastructure,

and in order to further improve the security protection system of critical information infrastructure, the Regulations on the Security Protection of Critical Information Infrastructure (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) have been formulated and promulgated.

In this regard, the "Good Law and Good Governance" column of People's Daily interviewed nine experts and scholars to launch a series of interpretations of "Critical information infrastructure security protection", which comprehensively explained the importance and necessity of critical information infrastructure security protection from multiple fields and perspectives.

Critical information infrastructure is the core support for national security, national economy, people's livelihood and public interests, and the promulgation of the Regulations has a strategic milestone in accelerating the construction of a cyber security system.

In order to secure the bottom line of cyberspace security, how should the relevant contents of the Regulations be implemented? In this regard, Shen Changxiang, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, accepted the relevant interview with reporters of the People's Daily network.

"The key to speeding up the construction of critical information infrastructure security system is independent innovation, to study the basic principles and essence of network security, break through the key core technology of the system structure,

and build system engineering with secure and trusted network products and services, the most important thing is to have secure and trusted network products." Shen Changxiang said.
