more attention should be paid to creating a flexible and open talent environment

The second is to increase the funding tilt of "non-mainstream" talents. To guide and reverse the orientation of young talents to "choose traditional and fixed growth paths", because it not only leads to research homogenization and serious introspection,

but also makes it difficult for those "non-mainstream" young talents who dare to take risks to obtain scientific fund support under the conventional review mechanism.

All kinds of talent research projects should increase funding for young talents who have the courage to explore new research directions, and attract and cultivate a group of innovative young talents to truly become the main force of major basic research.

The third is to try out the incubation responsibility system for future talents. For the advanced research direction, focus on the young talents at the commanding heights of the frontier fields that the national strategy must compete for,

explore and try out the incubation responsibility system for the cultivation of young talents by scientists such as strategic scientists and leading scientific and technological talents,

take the cultivation of such future talents as the strategic scientific and technological commanding heights and the key assessment content of scientists, and release the effectiveness of scientists who are ready to serve as a human step and reward later learning. We will double the growth of young talents.

Finally, more attention should be paid to creating a flexible and open talent environment.

As far as possible, we should create a flexible and open environment for "worry-free scientific research", stimulate the drive of young scientific and technological talents to carry out basic research, cultivate a fertile soil for the growth of talents,

and make the roots of talents more developed and thrive one after another. First, we will effectively empower young scientific and technological personnel with autonomy in scientific research management.

Accelerate the implementation of the "contract" system for scientific research funds, break the restrictions that some employers still have that cannot break through the management of general financial subjects, effectively give young scientific and technological talents greater freedom and decision-making power,

and rationally plan and allocate scientific research funds. The second is to build a long-term, rolling support mechanism for young scientific and technological talents. Highlight the attributes of scientific research projects,

carry out graded evaluation on the completion of scientific and technological talents projects at the end of the funding period, and carry out continued funding and long-term stable funding for excellent evaluation results,

so as to concentrate superior resources and strengthen the selection and training of high-level young leading talents. Third, we will unblock channels for the free flow of young scientific and technological talents.

Remove the potential institutional barriers to the flow of talents among universities, research institutes and enterprises, and focus on breaking the restrictions of household registration,

identity, first degree, and personnel relations that still exist in varying degrees during the flow of young talents, so as to promote the rational flow and effective allocation of young scientific and technological talents. The first "Scientific Knowledge Crescent" activity of the School of Information Science and Technology into the laboratory was successfully concluded

In order to further stimulate students' interest and enthusiasm for scientific research, help lower grade students to clarify their research interests and future planning, and facilitate senior students to select the laboratory that best meets their research and career goals,

the School of Information Science and Technology joint School Youth League Committee held the first sub-activity of the first "Scientific Knowledge Crescent" "Into the laboratory".

The event was organized by the Graduate Student Association of the School of Information Science and Technology, the Student Union of the School of Information Science and Technology, and the graduate Student Association of the school.

"Into the Lab" activity is divided into two phases, the first phase was held on April 13, the second phase was held on April 20 to 21, the form of activity includes offline laboratory visits and online lectures,

a total of more than 10 laboratories involving a variety of fields participated. The activity was divided into 6 sessions to show the charm of science and technology for students, and attracted more than 200 students to sign up,

including undergraduates of all grades. The results of the activity evaluation questionnaire showed that the students who participated in the "Into the lab" activity generally expressed satisfaction.

Through the experience activity, the students not only deepened their understanding of scientific research practice, but also strengthened their determination to join the research work in the future.
