The subsidy amount is divided into three levels: 1000, 3000 and 5000.
It is reported that this activity plans to December 8, 2023 to December 31, 2023 in Jinan City above the quota of automobile retail enterprises (subject to the public list) to buy new energy passenger vehicles, take the voluntary upload of information to apply for subsidies, subsidies through the system platform, third-party institutions review and public no objection after the first review. The Bank of Qilu will transfer the money to the digital RMB account reserved by the consumer.

Special note: This activity is only for personal car purchase declaration (non-personal car purchase and second-hand car are not within the scope of this subsidy). And consumers need to complete the initial registration and registration of vehicles at the vehicle Management station of the Traffic Management brigade of the Public Security Bureau (regardless of region) from 0:00 on December 8, 2023 to 24:00 on January 15, 2024, and the uniform invoice date of motor vehicle sales obtained must be within December 8, 2023 to December 31, 2023. -

Participants: Individual consumers who purchase and license new energy passenger vehicles by participating enterprises during the activity time (non-personal car purchases and second-hand cars are not included in the scope of this subsidy), and meet the following conditions: The consumer shall complete the initial registration and registration of the vehicle at the Vehicle Management Office of the Traffic Management Brigade of the Public Security Bureau (regardless of region) from 0:00 on December 8, 2023 to 24:00 on January 15, 2024, and obtain the uniform motor vehicle sales invoice within December 8, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
New energy passenger vehicles here include pure electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (including extended range), fuel cell vehicles three categories (motor vehicle driving license page with "new energy" mark, hang green license plate).
