Founded by the Germans in 1892, Swakopmund was the center of German colonial rule in the late 18th and early 19th centuries, and the entire city was designed and built in the German architectural style, and the streets here still retain their German names.

The Crystal Stone Museum is located in Swakopmund, a coastal city in Namibia. Swakopmund is known as the "pearl of the sea", and in this beautiful city with many houses of European architectural style, there is a very famous crystal stone museum, and all tourists who visit the city should visit this museum to have a good look.

Why is this not very big museum so famous and so attractive to tourists? Of course, this has a lot to do with the dazzling collection of crystal stones and other gems in the museum, but the most attractive and must-see is a huge crystal stone displayed in the hall on the ground floor of the museum.

This crystal stone is not only the town stone of the museum, but also the national treasure of Namibia.

It is clustered, yellow color with a little light red, about 3 meters high, its thickness needs five or six people open arms hand in hand to embrace a circle, weighing 14.1 tons, is the world's largest crystal stone found so far.

According to experts, the crystal stone was formed about 500 million years ago and was found in 1985 on the outskirts of Karibibu in the Erongo district of Namibia.

Since the discovery of this national treasure belonging to the world in Kalibibu City, the originally unknown town suddenly became famous, and domestic and foreign tourists who have been to the crystal stone Museum know that Kalibibu city has nurtured the world's largest crystal stone.

The Wattberg Plateau Park is located about 280 km north of Windhoek, the capital of Namibia. The park is 48 km long from northeast to southwest and 8-16 km wide from northwest to southeast.

The highest point of the plateau is 1800 m above sea level. It is a natural park with a unique landscape, which is unique for its distinctive geomorphological features and the wide variety of flora and fauna rarely seen on the general plateau.

Although the elevation of Wattberg Park has reached 1,800 meters, it is only ten to dozens of meters higher than the surrounding vast flat land. The whole plateau is very flat, like a huge barge on the water, "floating" on the plain wilderness.

What is more strange is that around the park, there is a circle of red and yellow natural stone walls more than 100 kilometers long, like a winding wall. That spectacular scene and majestic momentum, breathtaking!

Namibia is dry and dry, most of the land is desert, and Watberg Plateau Park is quite different, here everywhere lush vegetation, lush seasons, as if it is that paradise, earthly wonderland.

The park is home to 479 species of plants, one of the largest plant populations in Southern Africa. There are a wide variety of shrubs and trees, as well as more than 140 species of fungi and more than 10 species of ferns, some of which are unique.

Wartberg Plateau Park is also a wildlife park with a wide variety of species. Due to the remote location of the Plateau Park, surrounded by stone walls, and the vast expanse of the park, it has become a wonderful home for a variety of animals, mainly mammals, amphibians, reptiles and birds, including four categories, many of which are precious rare animals.

Mamili National Park is a wildlife park in Namibia, established on March 1, 1990, in the west of the country, adjacent to the border with Botswana. This little-known treasure is a wildlife wonderland of islands, rivers, wetlands and Botswana's Okavango Delta.
