Haute couture flowers on the banks of the Seine

Every city has its own melody. What comes to mind when you think of Paris? The sound of people, cars, birds, or the gentle rushing of the Seine.

In July this year on the banks of the Seine, CHANEL creative director Virginie Viard wrote a unique female movement about the city with the 2023/24 Fall/winter haute couture uniform series.

On the eve of the show, actress, musician and brand ambassador Vanessa Paradis, the Muse of the season's designs, became the embodiment of glamour, and photographer Karim Sadli left a part of the look of the show in the charming night of the city.

With her lazy and energetic image, Vanessa is the first to set people on a journey through the world of imagery and emotion, eternity and beauty.

CHANEL 2023/24 autumn/winter haute couture uniform series is more in-depth in life, closer to art, feel the integration of life and aesthetics, and completely release the Parisian temperament contained in the clothing in the blockbuster.

"Playing with contrast and contrast, sophisticated simplicity and elegance, is a balance between firmness and softness, which at Chanel is what we call glamour," explains Virginie Viard.

The 2023/24 autumn/winter Haute couture uniform series focuses on the contrast and balance of various dimensions, depicting the image of a sensual and bold Parisian woman, and expressing the beauty of this integration is also complex and clear.

If we go back to the Seine River in July, we may have a more accurate and in-depth understanding of this series.

"This collection puts you in Paris," Virginie said of the collection, "this presentation is back in Paris itself, on a pier." The streets and colorful cobblestones are sophisticated and simple."

Caroline de Maigret sauntered in a double-breasted fedora coat to kick off the show.

The ankle-length dresses swayed with the walk, and the relaxed atmosphere permeated the river, as if this was not a grand fashion feast, but a normal afternoon in the city.

The twill is soft

In this collection, there is an incredible tweed trouser and jacket set. Every detail is a work of art, down to every button.

The stone walkway along the river was painted in color and served as a couture catwalk for models.

CHANEL's signature tweed set an important position in the fall/Winter 2023/24 haute couture collection from the opening scene.

It becomes a coat, becomes a suit, becomes a short coat and shorts, and with the silk chiffon, black yarn and lace inlaid the spirit of the season's intricate craftsmanship, presents a rich and soft quality.

The flowers are in full bloom

Flowers are still an indispensable element of CHANEL.

Under the creation of high-level workshops, all kinds of flowers are blooming on top of high-grade fabrics, and they are extremely beautiful and free-will of the city's women.

Or abstract, or realistic, CHANEL 2023/24 autumn/winter haute couture uniform collection on the twill soft cloth, with advanced technology on the fabric to establish a clever garden of interest.

Superb manual skills make all kinds of precious materials into three-dimensional flowers, inject romantic temperament into the series.
