3.Community visual friendly environment construction. Green space can prevent or slow down the occurrence and development of myopia in children and adolescents by increasing outdoor time and reducing video time.

Reasonable green land is set up in the community, with certain activity facilities, suitable for carrying out all kinds of parent-child outdoor activities. The night light environment of the residential area should comply with the provisions of the current relevant national standards,

except for indicative and functional signs, residential buildings (districts) should not be equipped with advertising lighting. The glare limits of night scene lighting fixtures in residential areas and walking areas,

the maximum allowable value of the external surface illumination of residential building Windows, and the maximum allowable value of the luminous intensity of night scene lighting fixtures in the direction of the living room should be strengthened in accordance with the "Urban Lighting Construction Planning Standard" (CJJ/T 307-2019).

2 hours of outdoor activities and 1 hour of physical exercise during the day

1.Ensure 2 hours a day and 14 hours a week of daytime outdoor activities. According to the Recommended Content Level and Description of Outdoor Activities for the Prevention and Control of Myopia in Children and Adolescents (Schedule 3),

outdoor activities for school-age children during the day are 2 hours, which are implemented in schools and outside schools. The lack of time for outdoor activities during the school day should be made up on weekends,

and reach at least 14 hours of outdoor activities during the day each week. Kindergarten children advocate outdoor activities for 3 hours during the day, and put more childcare content outdoors.

2.Implement 1-hour daytime outdoor activities on campus. The school arranges a 30-minute recess activity in the afternoon, emphasizing outdoor activities and not adhering to the form and content of activities.

Try to take physical education classes outdoors. Some indoor classes, such as class meetings, can be held outdoors. Set up outdoor activities interest group, and actively carry out various forms of outdoor activities with rich content.

Assign extracurricular sports homework and provide quality exercise resources. The teacher should remind the students in time, and the class "eye guard" should supervise the students to leave the classroom for 10 minutes between classes.

3.Stick to 1-hour outdoor activities outside school. It is recommended that children and teenagers walk to school all the way or in stages, and lower grade students are accompanied by their parents.

Parents encourage and actively participate in their children's extracurricular activities, complete extracurricular sports homework, and go outdoors and to nature on weekends and holidays.

Schools, parents, and students cooperate to actively explore the development of students to go to school together, increase the time for outdoor activities during the day, enhance communication between students, and reduce the companionship of parents.

4.Do one hour of physical exercise every day. From the requirements of myopia prevention and control, children and adolescents should have 2 hours of outdoor activities during the day, but from the requirements of physical and mental health promotion,

children and adolescents should have an average of at least 60 minutes of moderate to high intensity physical activity every day, mainly aerobic exercise. At least 3 days a week should include high-intensity aerobic exercise and exercises that strengthen muscles and bones.

The school takes physical education class as the starting point to guide students to carry out physical exercise, and includes the daytime outdoor physical exercise time into the range of daily outdoor activities for 2 hours.
