On December 1, as one of the special promotion activities held during the first China International Supply Chain Promotion Expo, the theme promotion of new energy and intelligent connected automobile industry was held in Beijing, and representatives of key enterprises in the automobile industry chain from Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei gathered to discuss cooperation.
The reporter was informed at the promotion meeting that the city's new energy vehicle production will account for 30% of the city's total automobile production by 2025, and intelligent connected vehicles will realize commercial applications in limited areas and specific scenarios, and will form a distinctive and relatively complete new energy and intelligent connected automobile industry chain supply system.
The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology who attended the promotion meeting introduced that the city attaches great importance to the development of new energy and intelligent connected automobile industry, and officially issued the Implementation Plan of Tianjin to Accelerate the development of new energy and intelligent connected automobile industry (2023-2027) in September, pointing out the direction for the development of new energy and intelligent connected automobile industry.
In the next 4 years, the city will accelerate the increase in the production of new energy models, increase the development and sales function in Tianjin, use the vehicle qualification to expand the vehicle increment, promote the vehicle enterprise to accelerate the transformation to "electrification, intelligence, network connection", accelerate the cultivation of eco-oriented new energy vehicle enterprises, actively introduce the head enterprise in Tianjin layout of new energy vehicle production base, strengthen the upstream and downstream supporting production construction;
Will comprehensively promote the construction of Tianjin (Xiqing) national vehicle networking pilot zone, promote the orderly opening of application scenarios, by the end of this year, the city will open 1,500 kilometers of intelligent network connected vehicle test roads, with Beijing to achieve cross-city connectivity, by 2025 to achieve city-wide opening;
Will actively layout the "methanol + electricity" commercial vehicle new industry, accelerate the development of hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicle industry, increase the industry key links to promote education, focusing on the "methanol + electricity", hydrogen fuel cell and other multi-technology routes, layout commercial vehicle industry rapid development.
At the same time, the city will also strengthen the production service industry such as automobile research and development, design and testing, improve the automobile circulation system, enhance the experience of automobile cultural events, build the application scenario of operating vehicles, cultivate the whole industry chain of automobile import and export, and develop the new business form of "bonded +".
Support the integrated development of emerging financial forms and the automobile industry, integrate supporting services to build automobile theme parks, and vigorously promote new energy vehicles in various fields.
By 2027, the output of new energy vehicles in Tianjin will account for 45% of the total automobile production in the city, and Tianjin will become an important production base of new energy vehicles in the north and an important demonstration application and achievement transformation city of intelligent connected vehicles in the country.
