The road links Hargeisa and other inland cities. There is an international airport. In 1985, the port was expanded and 330 meters of wharf was built.

(Somaliland)

It is located in the northwestern part of Somalia in the Horn of Africa and was once ruled by the British. In May 1991, the Dier tribes of northern Somalia declared their independence and established the Republic of Somaliland, occupying five of the eighteen provinces of the former Somalia.

The country is roughly located between Ethiopia, Djibouti and the Gulf of Aden and covers an area of 137,600 square kilometers, with the capital Hargeisa. Somaliland is home to what is considered the Horn of Africa's most attractive attraction, the cave paintings of Laas Gaal. A small number of tourists are believed to travel to the country to see the attraction. The site, located near Hargeisa, was discovered by a French archaeological team in 2002.

The local government has restricted access to the site in order to protect it. Other attractions worth visiting include the Arch of Freedom in Hargeisa and the War Memorial in the heart of the city. The country is full of natural attractions, and the twin mountains of Naasa Hablood, located just outside Hargeisa, are considered by Somaliland to be their great natural landmark.

(Kilimanjaro National Park)

Kilimanjaro National Park is located in northeastern Tanzania between the equator and 3 degrees south latitude, near Kenya. The park was established in 1968 and covers an area of 756 square kilometers between 1800 meters above sea level and Mount Kilimanjaro. Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest peak in Africa, 5,895 meters above sea level, known as the "Mount Everest" of Africa, also known as the "roof of Africa".

Lake Manyara National Park is located in northern Tanzania. The entrance is west of Arusha, along a newly paved road near the ethnically diverse market town of Mto wa Mbu. Stretching 50 kilometers beneath the rust-and-golden cliffs of the Rift Valley 600 meters deep, Lake Manyara is a gem that Ernest Hemingway once exclaimed was "the loveliest place in Africa." Manyara can be densely watched animals, is a virtual miniature of the Tanzanian wildlife park.

The earliest direct ancestor of modern humans was Homo habilis, or Homo dexterus. They are descended from, but significantly different from, an early human ape called Australopithecus. Habilis had a round skull, a human-like face, a slightly larger brain, and the ability to walk upright and make tools with his hands.
