The United States stepped on Ukraine, "suing" Russia, more than 10,000 sanctions, Putin may be difficult to let go

"It's weird." Because the United States is publicly aggressive toward Russia, but privately is trying to open a dialogue with Russia. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova previously disclosed that the United States proposed a private dialogue during APEC. In this regard, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Ryabkov said that Moscow has not yet decided whether to respond to Washington's informal letter to "restart communication." But he also stressed that Russia would not agree to "unilateral concessions." As Zakharova said, it is strange that the United States wants to talk to Russia when it does not deal with Russia on the surface. In the context of the escalating conflict between Russia and Ukraine, is it possible that the United States has changed its attitude and intends to "shake hands and make peace" with Russia? In my view, it is unlikely that the United States will end its hostility to Russia, at least not anytime soon. After all, the Russia-Ukraine conflict was provoked by the United States, whose purpose was to drag down Russia through Ukraine. At this point, there may be only two reasons for the United States to seek to "restart communication" with Russia.

On the one hand, the failure of the Ukrainian counteroffensive has caused the United States to lose confidence in the country. Over the past year or so, the United States has made every effort to provide military assistance to Ukraine, even in the face of various domestic economic and other crises, but has not abandoned Ukraine. The Kozelensky government has returned to the United States only one defeat after another, and has so far failed to give the United States hope that Ukraine can defeat Russia. In the meantime, NATO has stepped back, so it is not ruled out that the United States has the idea of cutting its losses and abandoning Ukraine in time. On the other hand, the outbreak of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict has put the center of gravity of the United States on Israel, and Israel naturally weighs more heavily in the heart of the United States than Ukraine. You know, the United States has always been through Israel this "chess piece" to continue to increase its status and influence in the Middle East.

If Israel fails, America's position and influence in the Middle East will, predictably, only accelerate. In this case, rather than continue to fill the "bottomless hole" in Ukraine, it is better to give up. What's more, the United States already has the idea of forcing Ukraine to "Sue for peace." According to sources, the United States and Germany are secretly trying to force Zelensky to negotiate with Russia. Although Berlin and Washington will continue to supply the Ukrainian military with a limited amount of weapons, they will only allow Ukraine to hold the line, which, according to German media, they hope will make Ukraine realize that it cannot regain lost territory. Have pushed Ukraine to Russia to "Sue for peace", from this point of view, the United States this initiative to seek to "restart communication" with Russia, may be to ease tensions between Russia.

Just the United States stepping on Ukraine to "Sue" Russia, I am afraid it is difficult to ease US-Russia relations. The United States has more than 10,000 sanctions against Russia, how can we cooperate? At least I think it is very likely that the Putin government will not let it go. Moreover, there is no guarantee that America's hostility to Russia has changed. If it remains strong, the two countries will talk to each other, if at all. In short, regardless of the purpose of the United States seeking to "restart communication" with Russia, as Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said, Russia will not budge, and concessions are impossible.
