"The confidence of a great country comes from the" nuclear ". CNNC Ankerui: Conquering high-end radiotherapy equipment“

Recently, China Net reporters visited CNNC AnkeRui to learn about its innovative development of medical services and the localization process of advanced equipment.

CNNC AnkeRui is committed to providing systematic solutions for precise radiation therapy, technological research and development, production, and services for the Chinese market. Since its establishment, CNNC AnkeRui has collaborated with the government and medical organizations to build a collaborative ecosystem and continuously tackle the bottleneck technology of high-end radiotherapy equipment in China.

The relevant person in charge of CNNC AnkeRui introduced to the reporter the situation of the CyberKnife (also known as the "radiation knife"), a surgical robot for radiation surgery. The person in charge stated that traditionally, when cancer patients receive radiation therapy advice from doctors, the traditional treatment method is to use conventional linear accelerators to adopt coplanar and isocenter irradiation, but this has certain limitations on the accuracy of tumor treatment.

The advantage of the radioknife over conventional radiotherapy is that it installs a linear accelerator in the robot arm, and through an intelligent robot control system, it tracks the movement of possible tumor locations in real time, and corrects the target area of the treated lesion in real time. Through non coplanar and non isocenter irradiation, it achieves true dynamic image guided precise radiotherapy, and the treatment accuracy for irregular tumors reaches sub millimeter level, Lesser damage to surrounding normal tissues.

The reporter learned that using the most advanced technology, the radioknife has unique advantages in protecting organs close to important organs such as the eyeball, brainstem, spinal cord, and other parts that are difficult to implement in surgical and other radiation treatments. In terms of treatment time, the radioknife only requires 1-3 doses of radiation for benign tumors in the brain, and 3-5 doses of radiation for tumors in the body. Under the same circumstances, conventional radiotherapy requires 25-30 exposures, which takes approximately 4-6 weeks.

In addition to the radiation knife, CNNC Ankrui also has an advanced spiral computed tomography radiation therapy system. On September 28th this year, the domestically produced high-end spiral tomo radiotherapy system (Tomo C) by CNNC AnkeRui was successfully approved for medical device registration certificate issued by the National Medical Products Administration. This product became the first domestically produced spiral tomo radiotherapy product in China's high-end medical field, and will be mass-produced in the Tianjin factory.

Tomo C is an intensity modulated radiotherapy system that integrates spiral CT scanning localization and spiral computed tomography radiation therapy. TOMO integrates IMRT (Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy), IGRT (Image Guided Radiotherapy), and DGRT (Dose Guided Radiotherapy). It is the world's cutting-edge tumor radiotherapy equipment and the only radiotherapy system in the world that uses spiral computed tomography to treat tumors. It can efficiently and accurately treat malignant tumor patients, making it a "nemesis" for complex and difficult tumors. Tomo C has successfully obtained the medical device registration certificate issued by the National Medical Products Administration, becoming the first domestically produced spiral tomotherapy product in China's high-end medical field, filling the domestic gap. Localizing high-precision and cutting-edge technology and benefiting the public is a development direction that many enterprises are considering.
