Although China's unemployment insurance has played a good role in stabilizing the job, it should also be noted that the support of unemployment insurance for individual consumption is not obvious.

Finally, the construction of social security system should conform to the law of boundary change of public goods. Wagner's Law and Galbraith's views in the Abundant Society illustrate the importance of public goods in higher social stages.

In the future, China should perfect and improve the inclusive social security system from the perspective of the whole population and the whole life cycle, and finally build a welfare state with Chinese characteristics.

Song Xiaowu, advisor of the Chinese Society of Social Security and former president of the China Society of Economic System Reform, delivered a report entitled "Academic Ethics First". He shared with the young scholars of social security four insights that he has been engaged in social security research for a long time:

pay attention to the frontier trends of this field and other disciplines, combine theoretical knowledge with practical problems, base on China's national conditions, learn from the theory and experience of international social security, and constantly improve their research ability and level.

Zheng Gongcheng, president of the Chinese Society of Social Security and professor of Renmin University of China, said that the forum aims to enhance the adaptability of young scholars of social security to the development of the big era,

and adapt to the requirements of the development of the new era to grow healthily. He stressed that China's social security reform and development practice is so magnificent, the comprehensive and profound reform of the social security system has only been seen in the world today,

and the wide benefit of the people's livelihood and the rapid level of improvement of this system is actually a miracle in the world today, but in addition to great achievements, it also faces great challenges and many problems.

Systemic risks continue to accumulate in the field of social security, and Chinese modernization determines that we need to create a new social security system civilization to adapt to it. All these provide exceptionally good environmental conditions and fertile soil for the growth of young scholars,and also provide the most cutting-edge research topics.

Therefore, now is the best period for young social security scholars to grow up, and it is also the period when the social security reform and system construction most need young scholars to make real valuable research results.

He hopes that young social security scholars can make first-class knowledge based on Chinese practice, write valuable good articles based on the motherland, and firmly establish the social security professional values of fairness, justice, co-construction and sharing, which is a prerequisite for making positive and beneficial contributions, otherwise it will go to the opposite.

The conference set up four parallel sub-forums, namely, social insurance sub-forum, social assistance and social welfare sub-forum, comprehensive sub-forum and doctoral sub-forum.

Yang Jun, Chairman of the Youth Committee of the Chinese Society of Social Security and associate professor of Renmin University of China, pointed out in his closing summary that the forum for Young Scholars on Social Security was a great success with the direct support of President Zheng Gongcheng,
