The Sterkfontein Fossil Cave was deposited by dolomite dissolved in water below the water table and is considered to be one of the richest sites of hominid fossils in Africa.

Kolomdrai fossil Cave 40 meters high, 125 meters long, 50 meters wide, visitors through the entrance without bending, along the built stairs can enter the elevator located 22 meters underground, and out of the elevator, visitors have reached 40 meters underground. The Kolomdrai fossil Cave is still active, and many of its formations are growing at a miraculous rate of 1mm to 1cm every 100 years.
