Several European countries have reported outbreaks of bird flu

Recently, Germany, Denmark, Finland and other European countries have reported bird flu outbreaks.

According to German media reports, several German states have reported a number of highly pathogenic bird flu cases. Three farms have been affected and tens of thousands of poultry have been culled.

Since November, there have been at least three outbreaks of bird flu in Denmark. The Danish Veterinary and Food Authority said on Tuesday that a bird flu case had been detected at a poultry and pheasant farm in Jutland and that it had started culling about 2,700 birds.

According to the Finnish Broadcasting company, the bird flu virus has been detected in 56 fur farms in Finland during the summer and autumn. Since September, the Finnish Food Authority has found bird flu in 10 fox or raccoon farms.
