Chang 'e-5 returned to Earth with 1,731 grams of lunar samples, and research on the samples began immediately

Although the yolk cholesterol content is relatively high, studies have found that moderate intake of egg yolk in healthy people will not significantly affect serum cholesterol levels, nor will it become a risk factor for cardiovascular diseases.

The Dietary Guidelines for Chinese residents recommend that the average adult intake of eggs is 280 to 350 grams per week (about 1 egg per day), and do not discard the yolk when eating eggs.

Animal liver: recommended occasionally

Animals also have high levels of cholesterol in their livers. For example:

The liver cholesterol content was 1017 mg /100 g.

Chicken liver 356 mg /100 g;

Duck liver 341 mg /100 g;

Beef liver is 297 mg /100 g.

However, animal liver protein, vitamin A and iron content is also very high, and easy to be digested by the body, it is recommended for animal liver, occasional consumption can be. The average adult can eat animal offal 2 to 3 times a month, 25 grams each time.

When eating also pay attention to cooking methods, animal liver should be boiled should not be fried.

This is because the heat during the stir-frying process may not be sufficient, and the ingredients may not have a high enough temperature and long enough heating time to kill the parasites in the liver.

Therefore, it is best to cook and eat, and the cooking time is extended as much as possible, and some are cooked, which is not only safe but also conducive to digestion and absorption.Chinese scientists will carry out research on the construction of a lunar scientific research station

The Beijing Institute of Technology has officially received a 500-milligram lunar sample approved by the National Space Administration. The sample was brought back by Chang 'e-5 and will be used for the analysis of lunar soil material characteristics and research on key technologies of additive manufacturing for the construction of lunar scientific research stations.

On December 17, 2020, Chang 'e-5 returned to Earth with 1,731 grams of lunar samples, and research on the samples began immediately.

In August 2022, the Lunar Exploration and Space Engineering Center of the National Space Administration organized the fifth batch of lunar scientific research sample loan application review meeting in Beijing, and the application of Beijing Institute of Technology was approved by professional review.

Shen Jun, a professor at the School of Machinery and Vehicles of Beijing Institute of Technology, said that the current international and domestic plans for the construction of lunar scientific research stations have been laid out, and the team will focus on the construction of lunar scientific research stations to carry out preliminary research.

"Building a lunar research station in the future is equivalent to building a house on the moon." In view of the current rocket carrying capacity and Earth-moon uplink cost constraints, as far as possible on the moon to adapt to local conditions, local materials, lunar soil is the main raw material that can be used."

Shen Jun said that the specific research will be carried out in two steps. First, the basic physical properties of lunar soil, including appearance, optical and electromagnetic properties, are studied and analyzed.

The second step, based on the analysis results, focuses on the surface performance analysis of lunar soil particles to obtain the optimal preparation scheme to improve the stability of lunar soil based raw materials and processes,

that is, to find other best materials that can be formed after mixing with lunar soil, and explore the corresponding optimal technology scheme of 3D printing, so as to find the ideal path for the construction of lunar scientific research station with lunar soil as the core raw material.

"If we compare lunar soil to cement, we need to first study the properties of cement, then find sand and adhesives suitable for mixing with cement, and finally make sure that we have the technology to make cement sand into bricks."

Shen Jun said that it sounds easy, but to really get a reliable lunar soil molding technology, you need to solve the challenges of raw material compatibility, slurry stability, process reliability and so on.
